Designed a five-year evaluation and analysis plan for the Community Networks Program, including drafting position papers and evaluation plans for OJJDP’s Tribal Youth Program on the topic of native risk and protective factors, as well as responding to NIJ solicitation to evaluate operations of Mayor of Houston’s Anti-Gang Office.
