Daily Duties at Trade Station:
Manage a team of 10, review, research and respond to clients written complaints from all departments. Review requests for fee credits.Assist CSR's with issues and work with clients on escalated issues. Each associate handles approximately 50 calls per day. Process approximately 150 emails per day. Receive approximately 10 escalated calls per day.
