Daily Duties at Chase Investments:
Managing a team of 9, including call monitoring and answering questions along with finding resolutions to issues either presented by clients or Financial Advisors. I managed 11 projects: email,trade corrections, Executive Office Complaints, written complaints, correspondence, risk reports, request from other departments to link accounts on Chase.com, trust sales requests, call monitoring and principalling all incoming and out going email approximately 300-700 per day. Also principalling incoming and out going mail approximately 10-40 per day. Daily reporting of status of projects. Update policies and procedures for the Client Service Department. Reviewing CSR's incoming and outgoing emails for compliance purposes.
