Daily Duties at United Natural Foods:
Manage a team of 80-100 employees, including hourly team members, four salaried supervisors. Manage and delegate floor production of entire grocery selection department. Main focus areas are inventory of supplies for warehouse, development of department trainers, staffing/interviewing associates, consistent improvement of department, lean six sigma implementation, 5S implementation, Cost per order improvements, evaluations of hourly employees as well as salaried supervisors.
