Daily Duties at Standard Pacific Homes:
Project Superintendent on multiple projects, In charge of coordinating several contractors in the start to completion of homes. Also in charge of customer care on all projects, some of the responsibility included, Safety, Quality Control, Customer Walk through s on the customers new homes. Working with three different sales teams by keeping them updated daily and on a weekly meetings. Also scheduled weekly meeting with all contractors currently involved with their particular parts in the new homes. Scheduled all building, fire, road and plumbing inspections. making the various inspection departments feel that they were part of the teams building in various communities.
