• Manage and maintain equipment for mobilizing units. • 20 direct reports civilian and ADSW mechanics, small arms, instrument repairs, and personnel clerks. • Maintained personnel records, travel, payroll, produce request orders for 5 ADSW Soldiers. • Provide Biweekly Reports to Georgia Army National Guard Chief of Staff concerning Personnel status update and equipment mobilization statuses. • Maintain and oversee a $1.8 million dollar budget for project. • Quality and Control of repair parts ordering for all small arms, chemical equipment, wheeled vehicles, optic and electronics.
