Daily Duties at Carmax Inc:
Managed staff to complete service vehicles on a timely basis, customer satisfaction survey, complete vehicles to ensure inventory was available for the sales department, daily status meeting for inventory. Directed daily meeting with department heads to determine whether reconditioned vehicle status requirements were being exceeded. Requirements were met 90% and exceeded by 10% on a rolling monthly average.
