Daily Duties at Msx International:
Provide consulting service to Ford/Lm dealer personel regarding after market auto repair facilities such as brake, tire, and ride control products. Coordinated activities daily through Ford factory personnel, Ford and Lincoln Mercury franchise owners and their general and service managers. Meeting goals were to identify areas to improve the fixed operations of each dealership. Regularly presented best practices to dealership personnel to provide improvement opportunities. Support included construction site selection and development, selection of signage and review of zoning ordinances for signage, hiring staff to operate facility, financial projections and cash flow requirements. Followed up as construction progressed.
