• Identified new emerging markets by geographic location, ethnic population, consumer spending habits, lifestyle segmentations, etc. • Recruited, retained, and developed a team of seven (7) research analysts. • Managed the development and maintenance of over 100 tactical marketing plans to increase lending to growth segments across the country. • Provided strategic plans that drove the sales strategy targeting multiple homeownership initiatives nationally. • Developed periodic newsletters presenting market opportunities for sales reps across the country • Developed tools to communicate partnership opportunities with nonprofit agencies, municipal governments, builders, community development credit unions, brokers, banks, CDFI Institutions, and other financial institutions. • Surveyed over 1200 community development institutions nationwide to assess their partnership capacity and communicated non-profit partnership opportunities nationwide.
