Daily Duties at Hope Now Alliance:

• Developed and executed a comprehensive industry strategy to address foreclosures by increasing outreach to borrowers, leveraging a network of financial advisors, expanding mortgage servicer best practices, while working with the investment community to foster the availability of appropriate workout solutions. • Spoke on behalf of HOPE NOW Alliance and members on a collaborative industry approach. This includes testifying to Federal Congressional Committees, speaking to government agencies, the press, industry trades, legislators and regulators at the local/state/and federal level, and consumer advocacy groups. • Execute market homeownership preservation events; over 100 held across the country. This includes coordinating participation of investors, servicers, counselors, and industry trades to provide adequate workout solutions for borrower’s face-to-face, securing venues and equipment contracts, sponsors, elected officials, and the events’ overall success. • Coordinate and Staff Alliance committees with trade associations’ (including the Mortgage Bankers Association, Financial Services Roundtable, American Bankers Association and Housing Policy Council) legislative and executive leadership, and HOPE NOW’s Executive Committee to drive succinct results. Committees include strategies on government affairs, communications, technology innovations, and data collection.
