• Launched Technology Company to improve communication between foreclosure advisors and mortgage servicers; streamlining the submission of modification applications and reducing decision cycle times. • Results: • A proven market solution to streamline the delivery of workout options, Hope LoanPort has become the portal of choice for financial advisors with over 4000 individual and 700 organizations in 50 states registered to use. Grew advisor participation from 0 to over 3000 in 18 months. • Reduced the average cycle time for full workout applications being decisioned to less than 45 days. • Secured government contracts at state and federal level focused on addressing foreclosure prevention and leveraging Treasury Hardest Hit Funds; this includes sole contract as vendor for HUD’s Emergency Home Loan Assistance Program, Direct Borrower Portal for the State of Arizona, and Mediation Portal for State of Maryland. • Secured contractual relationships with fifteen (15) of the largest mortgage servicers that represent over 80% of the market to accept, status, and improve cycle time on mortgage workout solutions. • Secured start-up capital through a combination of grants (over $700,000) and loans for initial 12 months. • Built a competent staff of fifteen (15) to manage on boarding, training, finance, business development, marketing/communications, technology, office administration, and customer service and client relations.
