Daily Duties at Symantec Corporation:
Partnered with Operations Program Managers in planning, scheduling and coordination of product and service offerings. Utilized Service Level Agreement’s for the set up and release of all license, product, consulting, and training SKUs. License key mapping, layout, definition, bit assignment, enablement and testing (ensuring accuracy of ERP system data and Oracle BOM’s) prior to Gold CD release to manufacturers.
