Responsible for recruitment, selection, training and supervision of hourly associates for South Florida division to maximize sales and profit performance. Maintained records and compiled statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates. Interviewed and evaluated job applicants for multiple locations. Planned and organized numerous recruiting programs. Supervised product inventory; verified quantity and quality of product received.
