Daily Duties at Georgia Pacific:
Developed the Annual Affirmative Action Plan and conducted quarterly audits. Administered FMLA locally while transitioning the administration of FMLA to a third party company. Trained workforce on the company’s Code of Conduct, FMLA policies and practices, and the attendance policy. Interviewed 88 candidates and hired 40 salaried employees. Analyzed salaried turnover to identify trends, gap, and improvement opportunities. Organized and participated in college recruiting for entry-level engineers and engineering co-op students. Organized the end-of-year bonuses for the entire facility.
