Daily Duties at Sequoia Hospital:

Full assessment of cardiac and sub acute medical surgical patients. Medication reconciliation, health history review, review of care plan and physicians orders. Intravenous catheter insertion, and administration of all oral and intravenous medications. Central intravenous catheter blood draws. Monitored and adjusted patient care as needed according to the physician’s orders and hospital protocol. Patient and family education, and teaching. Patient admissions, discharge teaching and education.
