Daily Duties at Elan Pharmaceuticals, Inc.:
Ensure weekly product orders are processed in a timely manner, reviewed and approved returns from Stericycle, Elan's returns and disposal company, assisted the AR manager with payment discrepancies. Lead participant for the department on system upgrades, internal and external audits. Primary designated representative for Elan's CA state license. Responsible for the renewal contract in Puerto Rico for our Tysabri product. Worked closely with the Commercial Finance Manager during quarter end to ensure all chargebacks and products orders were approved and processed in a timely manner, Notified upper management when both chargeback and distribution was closed.
