Daily Duties at Espn:

Initially recruited to grow the ESPN brand globally by managing network’s investments in 23 global networks, then given added responsibility to turn around and grow Event Management division. Led staff of 80 professionals, with eight direct reports in production, programming, international business development and business affairs. • Led broad cross-functional team including ad sales, programming, PR, legal, affiliate sales) to develop and launch the successful X Games and Winter X Games series. Reversed an $8 Million loss to a $20 million profit. • Developed international sports league broadcasting rights, Asia and Latin America network partnerships, leading to the doubling of ESPN International revenue from $100 million to $200 million by 1997.
