Daily Duties at Sm Stoller:
Provide client and system administration support for EMC Documentum electronic document management system. Establish and revise document workflows; establish the needs of users; control access permissions and privileges; train users; resolve technical and user problems; communicate regularly with technical, applications, and operational staff to ensure system integrity and security; installing new software application and system upgrade. Provide contracting support (i.e., progress, plans, invoices, and payments) of contracts and subcontracts as necessary to adapt to changing program needs and technical findings.
