Metro Area • Develop, manage, and grow independent consulting firm providing services specific to business development, strategy, industry and government relations, marketing and communications, and risk management throughout the financial services industry. • Client relationships are focused on transforming the existing real estate finance model and implementing industry best practices. Core areas include, but are not limited to: • Expanding the interdependent relationship between private, public and non-profit partnerships to address the U.S. Housing crisis • Improving community stabilization through sustainable REO disposition and acquisition of non-performing notes • Improving the execution of loan modifications through the use of automation • Providing nonprofit counselors sustainable funding by promoting a fee-for-service model • Formed the Student Loan Alliance focused on expanding the role of financial advisors to assist student loan borrowers. Secured participation of nine (9) of the largest organizations while developing comprehensive strategy to include business development, marketing/communications, industry relations (regulatory, legislative, trades, and consumer orgs) and the like.
