Daily Duties at L3 Kolmorgen Electro Optical:
I was key member of a field service organization for Kollmorgen Electro-Optical (KEO). Responsible for the maintenance and repairs on Photonics Mast Periscope (PMP) systems for the Virginia class submarines and the Photonics Mast Variant (PMV) and Integrated Submarine Imaging System (ISIS/VIE) for the SSGN Ohio class submarines. I provided technical assistance on the ISIS program for the SSN 688 class submarines. Was sent to isolated areas of the various theaters of operations to troubleshoot, conduct repairs, and replace system components. I was sent to foreign customers to repair KEO products in demanding situations and locations. I conducted system level testing and performance measurement criteria testing of the PMPs and PMVs for delivery to the various customers. I assisted in the development of a Photonics Depot for the repairs of the PMP and PMV mast system
