• Managed $4 million budget and 35 military and civilian engineers and operators to find and integrate new, inexpensive technologies into Air Force’s unmanned aerial vehicle portfolio • Analyzed current requirements in Iraq and Afghanistan and coordinated rapid upgrades • Collaborated with military and industry representatives to harmonize research and development • Led the reorganization effort combining the UAV Battlelab and UAV test squadron into one unit
