Managed business administrative operations while supporting department of 62 employees. Scheduled the VP’s calendar. Coordinate annual budget development, forecasting, and expense reconciliation. As departmental liaison, Managed Procurement Logistics, delivery of products and customer service. Coordinated staff projects and initiatives. Established and maintained business processes and managed Staff Functions. Handled asset management, invoice vouchering, and time and attendance tracking. Prepared business communications. Negotiated vendor contracts. Screened calls, monitored emails, purchased office supplies and orchestrated departmental meetings/retreats.  Coordinated frequent onsite/offsite meetings and events for staff and remote attendees nationwide, executed all logistics, confirmed facility arrangements, and handled event communications.  Tasked with purchasing hardware, software, consumables, and other materials, worked with vendors/Procurement division to obtain quotes, received goods, and reconciled POs. Worked with IT Divisional Directors on RFI/RFQs when preparing for multi-million dollar purchases.  Developed Annual Budgets in Excel to manage project budget forecasts, accurately track/reconcile expenses, and report budget/expense variances.  Executed space plans and coordination of office relocation.  Developed an Access contract database for tracking and reporting of contract details.  Coordinated external IT audit and departmental business continuity initiative.  Processed confidential HR documents and maintained the departmental calendar.  Developed business relationships with inter-departmental peers and vendors.  Liaise with AP, General Accounting, Purchasing, Budget, and vendors relating to systems/transaction issues.  Served on Business Process Reengineering, Procurement, Asset Management, Accounts Payable, and Time and Attendance/Absence Management sub-committees.
