Daily Duties at Friends Of Children:
Managed and coordinated the administrative functions of three contracted programs totaling over $500,000.00 annually. Oversaw the daily operations of the department ensuring the department has the required trained personnel to meet programs’ performance outcomes. Developed and coordinated quality assurance check to meet outcomes and compliance. Supervised 10 staff, prepared work schedules and assigned specific duties ensuring high quality services and clients satisfaction. Reviewed, approved, and maintained documentation for contract monitoring and policy and procedures implementation. Identified training gap, provided orientation training and ongoing training for staff. Made sound budgetary recommendations to agency’s executive staff for accurate accounting of the programs’ expenses.
