Daily Duties at Community Based Connections:
Directly oversee the departmental functions including hire, training, contract compliance, planning, implementation and coordination of program outcomes to achieve programs objectives. Conducted internal audits to evaluate compliance and program effectiveness. Implemented quality control procedures to ensure compliance and maintain consistency. Develops and aligns policy and procedures to contract requirements and disseminate information through training and coaching. Plans revenue-generating strategies to maximize monthly reimbursement. Ensure accuracy of data entry and prepared monthly invoice.
