Supervised and trained bookkeeping staff, reviewed monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements prepared by our bookkeepers; prepared individual, corporate, partnership, fiduciary, non-profit and gift tax returns; consulted clients on various tax and accounting matters; conducted tax research and tax planning; corresponded with the Internal Revenue Service and state taxing authorities on behalf of clients; assisted clients with state and local business licenses/registrations; prepared contractor license applications; prepared articles of organization/incorporation for clients; prepared 501(C)(3) applications for clients; had primary responsibility for managing my own client accounts and coordinating all projects for those accounts; performed an annual financial statement review for a major farm and industrial equipment dealership with multiple locations.
