Daily Duties at Zen Qi Holistic Health:

My role was to starting a successful muti-diciplinary health clinic that could be a template for to open further locations. Responsibilities included commercial property search, including lease agreement and build out; setting up office communications including digital phone device and internet; Build a website using Html that could easily be edited; set up merchant services; rent the rooms to responsible healthcare professionals. • Good Communication skills – written and verbal in lease negotiation • I have made precise calculations for overhead cost projections inorder to determine sublet lease pricing. • I used expert project planning, analysis, design and implementation • Ability to work in a team environment and be self-starter • Ability to complete multiple tasks/projects within deadlines • I utilized my several levels of clinical counseling that provide me with superior conflict resolution skills • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a detail focused, results oriented environment. • Outgoing and enjoys working with people • Good Communication skills – written and verbal • Skilled in problem solving techniques. • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Adobe CS3 • I had to create marketing materials, logos and print advertisements with a particular brand in mind. • I created a buzz having print magazines and local news television interviews regarding the business.
