Daily Duties at Truth Hardware:
Managed a 3 shift operation responsible for the quality, safety, production schedules, asset management, interviewing and new hire orientation. Helped implement JIT -implemented a KANBAN system -reduced setups in punch press from 4 hours to less than 10 minutes with minimal cost. -helped implement lower the lot sizes, get rid of large tanks and go to small pans. This helped reduce the need for so many forklifts. (in my 18 years at Truth I held positions of Supervisor, Leadperson, Trainer, Employee Involvement Manager and production worker)
