Daily Duties at Spx Power Team:
Responsible for all the training needed in an ISO 9000 company. Conducted a needs analysis and put together a training plan. Developed and delivered the courses to satisfy ISO 9000 and the training plan. Partnered with area Technical and Community Colleges to help with the training. Responsible for the Education Reimbursement program.
