US 3rd Army/United States Army Central Command Provide daily direct support for Tier 1 Air Missile Defenses’ equipment ADSI (VR 14), Administrator Command Platform of the Future (CPOF) BC 10/11, ICFSYS clients, JTT, GCCS, BCS3, JADOCS, Tiger Aware and support for daily operations of C4I2 equipment. Provide over the shoulder training and troubleshooting assistant on worldwide deployments for USARCENT Joint Multi- National Defense (JMND) G36/J6 TCP/IP protocols and COTS equipment, including VoIP, VOSIP, TOCNET, BCS3 clients and servers, Sun, Dell Servers Cisco routers, Cisco switches, modems, and CISCO Call Manager in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.C4I Integrations technician for Air Defense and Airspace Management (ADAM) equipment. Responsible for installing IAVA updates patches and software updates to ABCS systems and insuring that systems are in compliance with compliance with DoD 8510.01, DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP), DoDI 8500.2 Information Assurance (IA) Implementation, CJCSI 6211.02 Defense Information System Network (DISN), DoDD 8100.3 Department of Defense Voice Network, and CJCSI 6215 Policy for Department of Defense Voice Network and Real Time Services Provides technical and logistical support regarding PD-C-RAM / PD AMDCCS. Interfaces daily with AN/TSQ 252 (ADAM CELL), AN/TSQ252 (CPP), AN/TTC-59 Joint Network Node (JNN), AN/TTC-58 Base Band Node, Command Post Node (CPN) and Cisco switches. Proficient and provide daily support with a Tier 1 site operations and troubleshooting of a multitude of the War fighters Information technologies equipment, including ADSI, TAIS, FAAD, AMDWS, C2PC, MCS, REDCOM PBX,TACLANE JADOCS, GCCS, ICFSYS,KG-175, KIV 7 and 19, PROMINA 400, MRV Terminal Server, FLEX Multiplexer, and PAIRGAIN modems, AN/TSQ-64 Sentinel E-TRAC Radar, (UHF) Ultra High Frequency Radios, (VHF) Very High Frequency Radios, Satellite Radios, (SINCGARS) Single Channel Ground and Airborne Radio System, Enhanced Position Location Radio System (EPLRS), System-Low Volume Terminals (MIDS LVT), Joint Tactical Information Distribution System (JTIDS), Forward Area Air Defense Engagement Operations workstation (FAAD EO), Air Missile Defense Workstation (AMDWS). Provided over the shoulder training and troubleshooting assistant on TCP/IP protocols and COTS equipment, including VoIP, TOCNET, Cisco routers, Cisco switches, modems, and CISCO Call Manager in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. I also assist in managing USARCENT Enclaves, repertories, VM ware servers and interface with Training and Exercises G7/J7 for joint training and exercises worldwide.
