Daily Duties at Us Sailing:
Train and Certify Adult Instructors in Instructional Psychology, Risk Management, Planning, Curricular Design, Record Keeping and Outcome-Based Instruction. Develop study guides and on-line resources (Including Instructional Podcasts) for learning enhancement.
