Daily Duties at Ibm Corp:
• Leading a team of engineers for the research, design and development of engineering computing infrastructure, CAD/EDA flow and collaborative business process/flow/project/program/resource/document management projects • Leading a team of cross-functional managers and engineers in a high-profile security and access management project spanning IBM worldwide • Consulted on collaboration systems, capable of handling ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) compliant data (more comprehensive than HIPAA for healthcare industry), which has to comply to the U.S. government regulations that control the export/import of defense-related articles and services, for nanotechnology (i.e., 65nm, 45nm, 32nm and 22nm) alliance project partners with over 1,200 members situated nationwide, France, Germany, South Korea, Singapore and Japan, in all time zones • Developed strategy and remote access computing systems for IBM’s vendors and contractors nationwide, India, Egypt and Russia, for nanotechnology engineering projects, surpassing the capabilities of IBM’s existing tools for this purpose • Developed an IT services help/support system enabled by business intelligence and analytics • Improved the up-time and availability of the most mission critical web server for project management applications by adding redundancy and load-balancing • Engage in annual capital/expense financial planning for IT resources • Enable all development efforts with business intelligence and analytics to provide insights • Architect all projects as on-demand services delivered via the cloud computing platform • Utilization of the Agile Scrum methodology for software development lifecycle by IBM Rational Team Concert software, i.e., play role of scrum master • Establish and manage cross-functional stakeholder teams to align expectations for all projects/deliverables • Regularly communicate status/progress to management/executives
