Daily Duties at Rbc Capital Markets, Llc:
Directed and managed 20-member team supporting RBC Checking Products, Money Markets, and Automated Clearing House (ACH) operations. Partnered with RBC Financial Advisors and Correspondent Firms to present RBC banking products and services to their clients. Managed and monitored vendors regarding SLAs, issues, and contracts. Established and built strong working relationships with internal partners such as Legal, Compliance, Product, and other Operations departments. Identified and implemented various operational cost/time saving efficiencies. Responsible for implementing and monitoring department compliance controls to assure compliance with federal, state, agency, legal and regulatory requirements. Monitored, balanced and managed department P&L and budget.
