Daily Duties at Sanderson Farms, Inc.:
• Advise on medical leave, work rules, and policies to superintendents, supervisors, and employees • Audit files, interview employees for absences, hiring/exiting, conduct monthly safety meetings • Safety Inspections of the facility and investigations (ex: harassment claims) • Provide and/or assist in disciplinary actions as well as represent the company in unemployment hearings • Organize, maintain, and audit documents pertaining to safety and personnel
