Daily Duties at Inter National Bank:

Responsible for managing all aspects of Lobby Operations including but not limited to Compliance in the following areas: Teller Operations, New Accounts, Call Center together with managing the various training programs in these areas. Responsible for communicating and briefing Executive Management through meetings and written communications on matters relating to: New Products and Services and Deposit Growth or Deflation. Involved in numerous projects within the Operations department related to streamlining current processes, increasing income, decreasing cost, and reducing overall risk. Responsible for staying abreast of regulatory changes and implementing any necessary elements to achieve compliance with all regulatory amendments. Responsible for monitoring Deficit Balance Reports on a daily basis to ensure that losses are minimal. Establish and maintain policies and procedures. Respond to internal and external audit findings and implement corrective action as required. Responsible for HR actions such as Hiring, Performance Appraisals, Counseling Sessions, Disciplinary Actions up to and including terminations. Member of the following committees: Operations Committee, Interest Rate Committee. Having worked in a HIFCA (High Intensity Financial Crimes Area) for almost 20 years, I am well aware of recently enhanced BSA requirements imposed upon financial institutions.
