Served in 2 positions of increasing responsibility. As Sales & Marketing Specialist, utilized primary and secondary research to expand utility services into additional markets by designing methodologies to determine market potential for expanded commercial and industrial segments, and created the first ever market analyses on key industry segments including transportation, restaurants, prisons and government. As Competitive Intelligence Manager, coordinated with senior executives to identify intelligence needs, analyze trends, create targeted deliverables, and make recommendations to improve business performance.
