Daily Duties at Entergy Nuclear Inc:
As Decommissioning Director I was responsible for the entire decommissioning of Millstone Unit 1. The scope of work was to establish and implement the project strategy within the NRC and EPA regulations while maintaining the safety or the workers. The project is challenged with motivating workers that will soon have their positions eliminated as the project reaches various stages of completion.
