Recruited from KaiserHill to an assignment in Canada to lead the engineering and project management division of CANEC, a joint-venture/alliance formed for the restart of the Pickering CANDU Nuclear Units 1 through 4. Managed an $80M NSSS provider contract for the utility and the Project Management organization responsible for design implementation. The total staff reporting to this position approached 800 engineers and professionals. The project budget for the restart of the first unit was $1.4B.
