Daily Duties at Signature Home Sales:
Evaluation of ROI for marketing dollars, business development by way of web content marketing and management, client dBase management, meet new Buyer clients to qualify for a purchase, show property, meet Seller clients to discuss options based on their property value and loan balance, track where clients are coming from, evaluate what can be cut from marketing, track web hits, update Blogs on various websites. Use the FORD system when touching base with clients. (Talk about F - family, O- occupation, R - Recreation, and D - Dreams).
