Daily Duties at Mantech International :

•Demonstrate excellent management and supervision skills through management and logistics support for useful/economical support to customers requests on products, services, equipment and military systems. •Supervise diverse programs related to procurement, accountability and transport of wide variety of equipment. •Manage logistics operation to support 18 Field Service Representative (FSR), 4 Field Service Technician (FST), 31 Remote Forward Operation Base, 137 Visibility Sensor Systems. •Collaborate with associates to improve efficiency, productivity and processes. •Analyzes routine contractual commitments, customer requirements, and related information to identify and document maintenance and support requirements. •Ensures that all information/data and priority/critical items from vendors are received, processed and integrated into the procurement system. •Lead the analysis and provide statistical information on the information on the tracking of product shipments, returns and inventory. •Trains subordinates logisticians and prepare daily status reports on mission critical equipment. •Responsible for monitoring all logistics activities from a conceptual stage through the life cycle of the product; monitoring the process and maintaining an audit trail for ordering parts for repairable equipment. •Coordinate shipment of equipment using DHL, FEDEX, MILAIR and Military Transportation Control (MTC). Successfully and logically resolved any logistical issues that occurred. •Operate a 3K, 6K, and 10K forklift which is used to load, unload, move, stack, stage and count product and materials and worked with RDISS, RAID, SGS, FPS, and Cerberus camera systems. •Interact with all organizational levels, develop and manage project schedules, identify risks and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders, defining problem solving and risk mitigation strategies, and facilitating conflict resolution through the full project cycle.
