Initiated quarterly billing audits to remain in compliance with corporate goals and objectives. •Interfaced with client base containing 15 accounts to assess business needs while suggesting products, enhancing customer experience and company effectiveness. •Increased account base contract value by 20% from prior year through sales of Voice or Data services. •Coordinated solutions relative to billing and / or pricing disputes, maintaining integrity of accounts. •Maintained monthly sales quota of $5K by product and service sales, and recruited new accounts with annual billing potential of $200K or greater.
