Daily Duties at Alpine Trading Company:
Managed day-to-day operations of the company including overseeing distribution warehouse operation, cohesiveness between Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Accounting (payable & receivable) departments, profit/contribution margins, ensure effective inventory policies to achieve desired levels of customer service, collaboration with sales, credit, shipping departments and customer contacts to coordinate sales for top key accounts, interfaced with IT to ensure availability of daily operational reports, to create ad-hoc reports, to build knowledge of our information systems to maximize their usage in our operations, and to ensure employees' adherence to company policies and administrative procedures.
