Daily operation- consisting but not limited to in store sales, interacting with walk-in customers, training and monitoring staff to do same; internet sales, talking with customers over the phone or via email, providing expertise, suggestions, and direction, training and monitoring staff to do same; I made all company inventory purchases, checked deliveries for product, pricing, and terms accuracy; merchandising, including product placement, pricing, signage and cleanliness; formulated daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly promotions, working closely with my vendors, and formulated the email content for all said promotions; guaranteed product quality by verifying proper stock rotation; in charge of the physical maintenance of the business, as simple as changing air filters, to scheduling preventive maintenance services, to having emergency situations corrected immediately; made daily bank deposits and change orders; set up all bills to be paid only after invoices were 100% correct; reviewed all disbursements before being distributed; checked daily reports for accuracy and accountability; I had a very high degree of autonomy in my position;
