• Facilitated day to day operations in a busy Urology practice with 8 physicians and 5 mid-levels. • Established relationships with legal, financial, and medical representatives in which the practice worked with closely. • Worked diligently on the logistics of relocating the practice to a new office, including the establishment of a full service Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC). • Served as the main point of contact with architects, project managers, and project superintendents to ensure the new office relocation served the needs of the practice. • Worked with office clinical and non-clinical staff on root cause analysis to identify ways to make the practice run more efficiently. • Established professional relationships with staff to rebuild morale and move forward. • Worked closely with third party consultants to reestablish the focus for the physicians and office staff as they moved toward expansion/growth and the growing pains associated with it.
