Daily Duties at Methodist Physicians Clinic Women's Center:

• Managed the day to day operations of a Urogynecology/Sexual Medicine clinic to include both clinical and non clinical staff members. • Assisted providers and clinical staff in regards to process improvement with patient care, ensuring that their “patient experience” was the clinic’s first priority. • Worked with non clinical staff and receptionists on QA to ensure that customer service, up-front collections, and appropriate insurance information was gathered in order to obtain proper reimbursement. • Learned the majority of all staff responsibilities both clinical and non clinical so that assistance could be given wherever help was needed. • Worked with other management within the clinic to achieve successful outcomes, both from a patient standpoint and a business office standpoint to ensure all avenues of a successful outstanding patient experience were achieved. • Held regular staff meetings once a month to cover any issues or items needing attention, bringing up new business, allowing the staff to make suggestions and provide feedback on agenda items. • Attended weekly management meetings to discuss employees, new hires, and current upper level management agenda items.
