Daily Duties at Methodist Physical Therapy:

• Daily interaction with patients both clinical and non clinical to schedule patient appointments and initial consultations, gathering necessary insurance information, insurance cards, and any pre-authorization required before the patient is seen for the first time. • Obtained dictation and physician signatures for all patient charts to include initial evaluations for Medicare and Medicaid patients. • Worked directly with patients to start them on any physical or occupational therapy exercises designated as a technician duty prior to the patient being seen by the therapist.
