Daily Duties at North American Warranty:
• Responsible for providing technical analysis of repair, in adherence to warranty policies & procedures • Provided proper claiming of parts/labor for cost estimates through knowledge on the automobiles and repair process • Working knowledge of retail after sales processes and systems required to identify sources of incorrect warranty claim data • Offered support via phone and email, responding to all inquiries within 24 hours on: warranty coverage, eligibility, policy, and instructions on where to obtain required information for proper claim processing
