Daily Duties at Lucent/Avaya:

Primary point of contact for the complete Project Management cycle of Avaya equipment and services. Responsible for over $3 million per year of implementation revenue with industry leading companies such as Mayo Clinic; American Express Financial Advisors; Wells Fargo; Home Depot and General Mills to name a few. • Lead Avaya Project Manager at Mayo Clinic for one year duration to lead a blended team to upgrade the Avaya PBX affecting 45,000 stations. • Lead Avaya Project Manager at the American Express Financial Advisors location to install PBX system including all adjuncts such as voice mail and Call Management System for a new 15 story building in Minneapolis. • Lead Avaya Project Manager at ten new Home Depot stores responsible for the installation of the PBX, wireless system, cash registers, and data network. • Lead Avaya Project Manager at General Mills for a four to six digit dial plan conversion. • Demonstrated leadership in the Project Management role to complete projects on time and on budget while ensuring customer satisfaction.
