Daily Duties at Nestle Purina:
As the CRM I was responsible for training, coaching and development of 10 Vet Sales Consultants (Territory Mgrs.) One Assistant Region Manager and the coverage of 13 states. Grew Region’s 2005 year end revenue by 4% and 2006 YER by 8% by focusing on the team’s need for leadership and direction. Providing hands on Servant leadership through weekly ride along, developing and honing of sales skills of my team we took a failing region from delivering $8M in profit per year to delivering $13.8M per year in profit by focusing on the basics and treating our customers with respect and delivering on our agreements and not over committing.
