Daily Duties at Target Corp:
As the lead executive in the store operation, consisting of 5 executives and 200+ associates, I was responsible for the overall coaching and development of all team members, execution of all marketing programs national/local and the bottom line P&L. My approach was that of a Servant leader that changed/challenged my store team to view our customer base as guest which lead to service being quality one! Our service scores improved by 20% over 2011 scores of 68%. This change in leadership philosophy and leading it from the front daily resulted in increased sales of $35.8M an increase of 11%over prior year plan goal.
