Daily Duties at Walgreens Co:

Managerial Responsibilities - Lead preparation for annual projects, in addition to reoccurring project upon a continual basis. - Maintain innovation, within the store via displays and communication with consumers, to increase productivity. - Work as a leader within a team based environment to improve effectiveness & efficiency within the store team. - Establish partnerships amongst other locations within a large district. - Provide exemplary customer service. - Utilize Coaching materials to assist employees with their development. - Direct Marketing Experience. - Contact various businesses to reinforce a sense community between the store and the general public. - Communicate with high levels of district management amongst an ever changing climate for Walgreens Co. - Complete all tasks within a fast paced, deadline based environment. - Provide motivation for employees to strive for goals within the Walgreen Co. - Solely responsible for managing all financial documents for three Walgreens locations. - Continuously review KPI (Sales Data) reports for the store. - Complete & delegate multiple tasks simultaneously as directed from the General Store Manager, as well as tasks created by my person. - Ensure / increase proficiency of multiple locations. - Continuously assist both managers and employees to finish daily tasks and teach when necessary. - Participate within interviewing/hiring process. - Perform all listed responsibilities across several locations throughout the city of Orlando.
